Grief Support Services

Grief is like the ocean; it comes on waves ebbing and flowing. Sometimes the water is calm, and sometimes it is overwhelming.

All we can do is learn to swim.

“My experience with Kristine allowed me to feel and experience grief that I didn’t even know existed. Once I realized that there are many experiences that cause grief (many not visible), I was able to process and let go of grief that had been unrecognized and unresolved for a long time. With Kristine’s wise and gentle guidance during the Grief Recovery Method, I felt affirmed and supported. I was able to let go of and move on from this grief without having to let go of or say goodbye to the person connected to the grief.”

— Julie Filipic, Blue Heron Companions

“Grief is not a disorder, a disease or a sign of weakness. It is an emotional, physical, and spiritual necessity, the price you pay for love. The only cure for grief is to grieve.”
